More Information About Adoption

To insure that your program will be adopted by your community, answer the following:

• Does this program meet the mission of your organization? Why or why not?
• Will the staff and your partners be supportive of the program and think of it as an enhancement of their health promotion efforts?
• If you are using external funding to start the program, what changes need to take place to continue the program?
