How to Update Information about Statewide EBHP Programs in this Guide
These updates should be completed by program administrators
To update information about an EBHP in North Carolina, do the following:
1. Log in (or Register if you haven't already)
2. Check the list below to see if your program already exists on this site (if it does, you can click the link to update)
3. If you need to submit a new program, fill out the New Statewide Program Form
4. If you need to Delete a record, please email a request to tshubert@med.unc.edu (please do NOT simply remove the data from the fields since this will leave an empty record)
