Building Infrastructure for Sustainability

Once you establish a partnership with another organization, it is best to develop a “Memorandum of Agreement” between organizations in order to develop lasting infrastructure. An example of a MOA is attached at the bottom of this page. The (MOA) should outline the following:

  • Description of project
  • Delineation of common health promotion goals
  • Identification of reasons to build partnership into sustainable relationship
  • Delineation of roles and responsibility of each agency

To download an example of a MOA click here:

The MOU will guarantee that the inter-agency partnership will be established and be effective through the duration of the partnership.
